Got a deal, a rumor, or a CRE story worth telling?

We take tips. Deals worth featuring, off-market listings for the Pocket Listing slot, broker news, sponsor news, and the occasional piece of CRE gossip. We protect sources, verify before publishing, and are allergic to press releases.

The form

Choose "Tip" or "Pocket listing" in the dropdown. Include tenant or asset class, location, ballpark price, and how you want attribution handled — on the record, background, or anonymous.

Want to stay out of it entirely? Use a burner email and say so in the message. We never publish anything sourced anonymously without independent corroboration.

Goes to a real inbox. No auto-responders, no mailing list.

What we don't publish

  • — Press releases dressed up as tips.
  • — Listing flyers with no context.
  • — Anything we can't independently verify against a second source.
